A tub-to-shower conversion typically runs $7,400–$14,000, a full gut remodel $18,500–$45,000 depending on size, tile selection and whether plumbing moves. We publish real ranges on this site because we would rather qualify you honestly than waste your Saturday with a surprise number.
A shower replacement can be done in as little as one day, and most take one to three. A full remodel runs 2–4 weeks. You get a written schedule before we start, and we do not begin demolition until every material is physically in our warehouse — that is why our jobs do not stall halfway.
Because we are not waiting on anybody. We own our own line of bathroom remodeling materials and keep it stocked in our warehouse, so there is no supplier lead time, no backorder and no discontinued tile three weeks into your job. Our own crew arrives with everything already loaded. Larger or custom projects still take longer, and we will tell you which one yours is before you sign anything.
Yes, and this is where most contractors fall apart in Florida. We prepare the association package, carry the certificates of insurance your building requires, coordinate the riser shutoff with management, and work inside your building's approved work hours and elevator schedule. High-rise and condo work is a core part of what we do.
Our solid surface shower walls have no grout at all. The panels are seamless and non-porous, so water has nothing to soak into and mildew has nothing to grow in — no resealing, no scrubbing a grout line with a toothbrush. On tiled full remodels we waterproof to industry standard behind every surface and use high-performance epoxy or urethane grout with large-format tile, so there is far less grout line to begin with.
Solid surface is a non-porous mineral-and-resin material — the same category as a high-end kitchen countertop, made into shower walls. It is seamless, so there is no grout. It is solid all the way through, so unlike acrylic it does not flex, and a scratch or scuff sands out instead of becoming permanent. It is warm to the touch rather than cold like tile. We make our own line and cut it in our own shop, which is why we can install so quickly.
